到河内的第一天，酒店员工推荐我们吃这家店。只有牛肉的，难怪酒店的人问我们要不要吃牛肉。选了全熟的，然后自己又再点了一份油条。粉60K一份，油条好像是10。味道还是不错的，汤底很好喝，泡着油条吃起来别有一番风味。牛肉量还是挺足的啦，吃到最后感觉有点点吃不下，后来觉得可能点混合的一半全熟一半半熟的会更好吃。桌上只有柠檬，没有那种一盆菜。加了好多柠檬，喜欢这个味道。切片的那个辣椒超辣的。带了宝宝推着推车进去的，服务员特别给安排了一个角落的位置还细心关掉了风扇，有人想过去坐立刻就去说了有baby，给他重新安排了座位。

來這裡吃請不要要求環境或服務，因為食物已經奪走了你全部的注意力了。湯的鮮甜，面的協調，肉的口感，佔據了你所有的感官。到最後還想來上第二碗。

Pho 10在河内开办已经有几十年的历史了。店家是计划经济时代的产物，秋天合作社（HOP TAC XA MUA THU）开了这家店，并以门牌号命名。除了鸡肉粉、牛肉粉、综合粉（意即啥肉都有）外，也有经典越南菜式，比如春卷、空心菜等。Pho 10基本在3万越盾左右了，约合人民币10元左右。李国师路是河内市中心非常热闹的一条街，尤其是夜晚。从店家步行到大教堂或是还剑湖也就是5分钟的事情。这里酒吧、咖啡厅、西餐厅和小旅店众多，来自五湖四海的游客都会来此一游或是住宿。店家的生意非常不错，外国顾客非常多，不过主要还是老河内们，习惯了这一口。服务员的英语没问题，交流绝对不是问题，至少还可以看图点菜。小店惯用现金结账，还没到刷卡和网络支付的地步。店家的粉还可以，味道比较正。店小主要是用风扇，还没有空调，所以有时店里比较热。
